This is K. Ingraham Author's shipping policy for products purchased through kingrahamauthor.com. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently, and we want to be transparent about our shipping procedures and what you can expect from us.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship physical books to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Digital products are delivered instantly via email upon purchase and are not subject to shipping charges or restrictions.

Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer several shipping options for physical books to all 51 U.S. states (including the District of Columbia). Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are as follows:

USPS Media Mail Parcel

  • Cost: $5.38

  • Delivery Time: 2 to 8 business days

  • Best For: Standard delivery when timing is not urgent

Insured USPS Media Mail Parcel

  • Cost: $6.38

  • Delivery Time: 2 to 8 business days

  • Best For: Standard delivery with added insurance protection for your package

UPS Ground

  • Cost: $8.50

  • Delivery Time: 1 to 5 business days

  • Best For: Faster delivery with reliable tracking

UPS 2nd Day Air

  • Cost: $14.75

  • Delivery Time: 1 to 2 business days

  • Best For: Priority delivery when you need your order quickly

Important Note: Business days exclude weekends and major U.S. holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier performance.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receipt

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

Shipping Address Requirements

To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address that includes:

  • Full name of recipient

  • Street address (we cannot ship to P.O. boxes for UPS shipments)

  • Apartment or unit number (if applicable)

  • City, state, and ZIP code

  • Phone number (optional but recommended for delivery updates)

Important: If you provide an incomplete or incorrect shipping address that causes delivery failure or package return, you will be responsible for any reshipment costs. Please double-check your address before completing your order.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information

  • You can track your package directly through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number

  • If you have questions about your shipment status, please contact us at info@kingrahamauthor.com with your order number

Delivery Issues

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@kingrahamauthor.com. We may require you to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please provide us with confirmation of this claim along with your order number, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for information on returns and replacements. We take great care in packaging our products, but damage can occasionally occur during transit. We will work with you to resolve any damage issues.

Unclaimed Deliveries

Packages that go unclaimed and are returned to us will require you to pay reshipment costs for a second delivery attempt. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package or arrange for package holding with the carrier if needed.

Incorrect Addresses

If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address you provided, you will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm a corrected address. We strongly encourage you to verify your shipping address before placing your order.
