Physical Books - Limited Returns PolicyFor physical books, we offer limited returns only under specific circumstances. We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but we understand that damage can occasionally occur during transit.
What Qualifies for Return or ReplacementWe will consider returns or replacements for physical books that arrive with significant damage that affects the product's intended use:
- Torn or missing pages that affect readability
- Water damage including warped pages, stains, or mold
- Binding issues such as loose, detached, or broken binding that prevents normal use
- Severe cover damage including deep tears or crushing that affects structural integrity
- Printing errors such as missing text, significant misprints, or pages printed out of order
- Wrong title delivered (different from what you ordered)
What Does Not Qualify for ReturnWe cannot accept returns for:
- Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
- Damage that occurs after delivery due to improper handling or storage
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Normal wear and tear from use
How to Request a Return or ReplacementIf you believe your physical product qualifies for return under our policy:

- Provide order information: Include your order number and description of the issue
- Submit photographic evidence: Send clear photos showing 1) The damaged product (multiple angles if necessary) 2) Any outer packaging damage 3) Specific areas of concern
- Wait for our review: We will assess your claim and respond within 3-5 business days
- Follow return instructions: If approved, we will provide specific return instructions
- Receive replacement or refund: Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will send a replacement or process a refund if the item is out of stock
Shipping-Related Issues
Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, we may require you to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please provide us with confirmation of this claim along with your return request.
Insufficient Shipping Address: If you provide an incomplete or incorrect shipping address that causes the package to be returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm a corrected address.
Unclaimed Deliveries: Packages that go unclaimed and are returned to us will require you to pay reshipment costs for a second delivery attempt.
Processing and Timeline- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- We will review and respond to return requests within 3-5 business days
- Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving return authorization
- Replacements will be shipped within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will appear on your original payment method
